        •     • Fitting & Pickup: Takes place at our main ski shop: 92e Pirin Street (Google Maps).

          •     • Storage: Hotel storage is standard. Shop lockers CANNOT be booked online (available on-site only at full walk-in rates, subject to shop capacity).

            •     • Payment Terms: 100% prepayment required via EUR bank transfer. Tip to pay fee-free: Top up your Revolut or Wise balance with your card for free, then send a free EUR bank transfer to our account.
